This door handle works perfectly. It went right in and would have taken twenty minutes to replace if I hadn't dropped three of the screws into the frame of the door and had to dig them back out. This is the second time I've had to replace this part so practice makes perfect right? We'll see if the aftermarket part lasts as long as the Toyota part as that was the one I had bought to replace the original. It looks like it lasts about five years as the car is a 2000 and this is the second replacement. If you get an extension for your socket set the 3 bolts that hold the handle are easy enough to reach. I only wish this part was offered in different colors as the rest of my car's door handles are white.

The part fit perfectly to replace the OEM handle. Just be aware, that it has a shiny finish. The original was sort of a matte black finish. For those who are purists, take note.

The replacement job took about 45 minutes. Use the net to find a step by step list and follow it.

The hardest part was loosening the screws inside which attach to the back of this part.
