Someone hit my driver/rear doors with a shopping cart. It left a nice set of scratches along both doors. I used a rubbing compound to remove the wax around the area before using the Fix It Pro. Follow the directions and it does work to "minimize" the scratch. It doesn't completely remove the scratch, but it makes it less "noticeable". One reviewer recommended several applications over a 2 days period, which worked great. Again, it won't completely remove the scratch damage, but it made it acceptable to me. Car: 2003 Silver Jetta.

This product does NOT work and is not worth the money, you can clearly see the scratch after properly applying the "FIX IT".
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY~! In addition, if you order on their web site, BE CAREFUL because they offer you so many other items if you click something by mistake it will cost you allot of money. They send free vacuums and charge you $15/to ship each one. You can purchase this same exact product at Bed, Bath and Beyond with NO SHIPPING cost and you can use a 20% off coupon and after it does NOT work, you can return it.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY...

I have long been an Amazon customer. 99% of the time, the products have been great. The customer service at Amazon has also been a joy to deal with. I saw Fix It on Amazon and was going to purchase it. I went to a very well known search engine and searched out the complaints regarding this scratch fixer. The complaints were numerous. The main theme being, "this does NOT work". I reconsidered my plan to buy this from Amazon due to the comments I discovered about this product.
I can't help but wonder why Amazon is selling this item to their loyal customers? Rest assured, from now on, I will thoroughly research any & all products before I purchase them from Amazon. For some crazy reason, I was under the assumption, Amazon would NOT sell me an inferior product. As the saying goes, "live and learn".

This product is a rip off stay away it does not work.
Followed the directions and the product actually made the scratch look worse. Save your money!

My only problem with using this was doing so at the right temperature. I used the pen in the garage and then made an effort to keep the car outside and in the sun as much as possible all afternoon. It got up to 70 that day - which is unusual in my area at this time of year. the mark pretty was pretty well concealed except for a couple of deeper places. I plan to go over it again when I know we will have warmth and sunshine - which is needed for the chemistry reaction of the stuff to work.
Pretty cool for a temporary fix and sure a lot cheaper than going to a body shop!
