Battery charger/desulfator September 1, 2010 Joseph E. Smith (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was really looking for a battery desulfator but this ended up being more of a trickle charger than a desulfator. It claimed to be a desulfator in the product description but in reality I think they kinda put more emphasis on the charger than the desulfator. I have a couple of batteries that were just going bad and I think that a real desulfator would have brought them back to life but I think this product is only in part a desulfator and only in part a charger. This item is more a product to maintain a charge on your current (good) battery than it is to recover problem batteries like I wanted. I really looked for the cheapest desulfator that I could find so it is partly my fault. They advertised that this unit was a desulfator but I believe their to be a better product on the market. If you are looking for a trickle charger to keep your batteries maintained while not in use then this product will work fine, but if you are looking for a desulfator like I was then pay the extra few bucks and get a real one!
good charger August 16, 2010 William B. Lee 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I used this charger for my Golfcaddy battery charger for more than a year now it is working well and when battery is fully charged it starts blinking.
So, I know when it is charged and when charged it automatically change to float charge, and never ruin the battery.

Best battery charger maintainer! July 27, 2010 Robert W. Drawbaugh 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I already have one of these units to maintain
the battery on my riding lawn mower in cold
weather. It not only will not over charge but
it also is a desulfater which keeps the
battery in excellent condition when not
used regulary.
Got a slacker car ( or boat or motor home? ) You need this. June 30, 2010 F. Sheffield (San Diego CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Collector cars, garage queens, all those trusty servants that sit quietly until called, will appreciate having this connection to keep them up to snuff while they await your bidding. Trickle charges batteries to full capacity and then "de-sulphates" them to regain capacity lost when they went flat from inattention or lack of use. Nice piece of kit, as they say: the right tool for the job, no doubt.
Performed as Advertised May 18, 2010 Edward B. Lohaus (Cincinnati, Ohio) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Recommended by an engineer at Winnebago for the voltage of a truck battery in an RV going down fast when it sat idle. The unit keeps the battery voltage up and does not overcharge. In addition it reduces the problem of sulfinization. And, it did not cost the probverbial "arm and a leg".
